We, at Annapolis Family Physical Therapy, don’t just discharge our patients at the completion of their rehab program. We dedicate ourselves to providing a continuum of care and support for each of our patients. We offer a free educational monthly newsletter, onsite massage therapy, seminars, group exercise classes, aquatic wellness, personal training and affordable gym memberships!

Monthly Newsletter: Subscribe to our monthly newsletter which covers general health related topics, including recipes, exercise, aging, nutrition, and general overall wellness.

Massage Therapy: The work your therapist does in each session builds on itself, and additional massage therapy helps your body maintain its relaxed state and your muscles to remain loose. We make top quality massage affordable for our patients at just $1 per minute, and it’s done by a massage therapy professional right in our office! Seminars: We are constantly working to provide our patients with up-to-date, evidence based information on interesting health and wellness topics. Look for special invitations and notices in our newsletter for future seminars lead by professionals in their field!

Aquatic Wellness: Meet with our aquatic specialist and have her tailor an independent aquatic program just for you and your needs and goals! Gym Membership and Personal Training: Through a partnership with Foundation Fitness, we are pleased to offer our new affordable monthly wellness memberships, to assist you in continuing your exercise program upon discharge from active PT!
